Rozanne has been an active, full time realtor since 1984. Since then,
she involved herself in realtor association activities. That
culminated in 2007 when she was elected president of the Realtor
Association of Northwest Chicagoland. During her tenure, the
organization grew to approximately 8,000 members. As a past president,
Rozanne continues her involvement by being a member of the state and
local professional standards committees as well as being on the
charitable foundation board of "Helping Our Heroes". The benefit to
her client asset management companies and banks is that she enjoys the
respect of her colleagues who look to her for guidance in submitting
offers that banks will seriously consider. To make sure the buyer is
serious, Rozanne adheres to strict requirements which make each offer
complete and ready for presentation.
In the early 90’s, Rozanne had the opportunity to open up her own real
estate brokerage company. While the company was successful, Rozanne
preferred being out in the field working with buyers and sellers.
After 5 years, Rozanne decided to sell the company and join the Re/Max
group. While she was successfully marketing homes in the northwest
Chicago suburbs, she was also completing 15 to 20 broker price opinions
weekly for approximately 10 companies when the refinancing market was
vigorous. With very little notice, the refinancing market changed to
the foreclosure market. Rozanne, with years of experience and
familiarity with housing prices throughout northern Cook, Lake, and
eastern McHenry counties began providing many of the same companies
with the superb service those companies had come to expect from her.
In 2008, Rozanne Kurman sold and closed 65 REO properties and entered
2009 with 70 active REO listings and another 40 properties in
pre-marketing status. Through the end of March, the company averaged 6
new REO listings every week. The companies we represent are Premiere
Asset Management, LandAmerica, Keystone Asset Management, Goodman Dean,
REO World, Integrated Asset Services, Single Source Properties,
Financial Asset Services, Aurora Loan Services, PMH Financial,
Integrated Asset Services, and Old Republic Title. We are looking forward to adding your company to our list of satisfied customers.
